Program

Blue Ox Moving & Storage – Estimate Messaging. When you check the text-message consent box on a Blue Ox Moving & Storage web form, you agree to receive text messages from Blue Ox Moving & Storage related to your moving estimate request. These may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, questions about your move, and follow-up from our estimate team.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to request an estimate, book a move, or purchase any Blue Ox Moving & Storage service. The consent box is optional and is unchecked by default.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive between one and five messages per estimate request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Blue Ox Moving & Storage does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time to end all text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also opt out by calling us at 832-934-2583 or emailing info@blueoxmoving.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your estimate or your move.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.

Privacy

No mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
