If you have to move and your new apartment, home, or office is not ready, our clients can store their belongings in our climate-controlled, fully accessible storage facilities.
How Full-Service Moving & Storage Services Works
Your furniture and belongings are inventoried and listed on an inventory sheet describing each item and its condition at pickup. Then, your furniture is wrapped in heavy furniture pads, carefully placed into large vaults, and forklifted into our warehouse, where it waits until you call for it, whether it’s weeks, months, or years later.
We wrap sofas in soft, clean cloth furniture pads and then further protect them with plastic stretch wrap. They are then placed on large shelves to ensure they stay clean and have no pressure dents or tears when removed from storage. Oversized items that do not fit into the vaults are also pad-wrapped and placed in a designated aisle in the warehouse.

If your new home is undergoing renovations, our Houston storage facility can serve as a temporary place to store your furnishings and other items while your new home is undergoing construction.

Downsizing
Going from a large family home to a smaller home after your kids move out can be stressful. Between paring down furniture, donations, and garage sales, many of our clients still find themselves with items they aren’t ready to part with yet but need to store them safely. Our services are handy for those in-between storage needs.

Can I get to my belongings when I need to?
Yes, you can retrieve your belongings when you need to. Call our offices at 832-432-1130 or email us at storage@blueoxmoving.com to schedule an appointment to visit and access your items. We will pull your vaults from storage when you arrive and have them ready for you.
Would you rather delegate the packing? Our movers in Houston offer packing and storage services to our clients. We can fully pack your belongings or tackle certain areas as directed.
